DRB-HICOM Group IT Asset Inventory is use for the purpose of IT asset tracking to provide visibility on all IT assets.
The table below explain the definition of each attribute in the DRB-HICOM Group IT Asset Inventory:
| 1 | Hostname | Fully Qualified Domain Name that is uniquely names a computer. It is composed of host name and domain name. Host name refers to a specific machine on a network (i.e. jenny.myconference.com or DRBIT1234) |
| 2 | IP Address (Front) | Internet Protocol ("IP") Address is a unique numerical lable assigned to each device connected to a computer network that use Internet Protocol for communication. The Front End IP Address refers to the front facing IP Address |
| 3 | IP Address (Back) | Internet Protocol ("IP") Address is a unique numerical lable assigned to each device connected to a computer network that use Internet Protocol for communication. The Back End IP Address refers to the IP Address used for configuration |
| 4 | MAC Address | A MAC (Media Access Control) address is a unique ID assigned to every internet-connected machine that allows it to be identified when connected to a specific network |
| 5 | Type of Server | Type of respective server involved (i.e. Application Server, Database Server, Proxy Server, Backup Server, Web Server) |
| 6 | Status (Active / Retired) | The status of the server either "Active" or "Retired" |
| 7 | Cluster / Standalone | To determine whether IT asset is clustered or standalone |
| 8 | Physical / Virtual ? | The type of server either "Physical" or "Virtual" |
| 9 | Environment (Prod, UAT, DEV, SIT, Staging, DR) | The environment where server is being used for (i.e. Production, User Acceptance Testing, Development, System Integration Testing, Staging and Disaster Recovery) |
| 10 | CIA Rating Value | The subjective assessment given by Assessor based on the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability |
| 11 | Asset Criticality (High, Medium, Low) | The asset criticality of the IT Asset ranging from High, Medium and Low |
| 12 | Information Classification | The information classification of the data stored inside the IT asset |
| 13 | Asset Custodian | The asset custodian of the IT asset (i.e. Department Head) |
| 14 | Business Unit / Asset Owner | The business unit that is utilizing the IT asset |
| 15 | Serial Number | The IT Asset Serial Number |
| 16 | Asset Tag (Barcode) | The asset tag details as provided by DRB-HICOM Admin Team |
| 17 | RAM | The RAM of the IT asset |
| 18 | Storage Size | The storage size of the IT asset |
| 19 | Processor | The processor used for the IT asset |
| 20 | Manufacturer | The manufacturer of the IT asset |
| 21 | Make / Model | The model of the IT asset |
| 22 | Kernel / Firmware (If Applicable) | The kernel / firmware of IT asset |
| 23 | Kernel / Firmware Version | The kernel / firmware version of IT asset |
| 24 | Operating System (Version) | The name of Operating System being used on the server (i.e. Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2 etc.) |
| 25 | Current Patch Version (Host) | The version of current patch being used on the server / host |
| 26 | Last Patch Implementation Date (Host) | The date of last patch being implemented on the server / host |
| 27 | Do you install antivirus? (Yes/No) | The confirmation on antivivrus being used either "Yes" or "No" |
| 28 | Antivirus Software Name | The antivirus software name used on the IT asset |
| 29 | Antivirus Version | The version of antivirus being installed on the IT asset |
| 30 | Antivirus Signature Version | The signature version of the antivirus installed on the IT asset |
| 31 | Antivirus Model (Centralized / Standalone) | The type of antivirus model either "Centralized" or "Standalone" |
| 32 | Location (Building/Room/Level) | The location of where the server is being located with bulding, room name and level being included |
| 33 | Rack No. | The rack location of where the IT asset is being located |
| 34 | Application System Name | The application system name that is utilising the IT asset (if applicable) |
| 35 | Type of Database | The type of database that is utilising the IT asset (if applicable) |
| 36 | Current Patch Version (Database) | The version of current patch being used on the database hosted by the IT asset (if applicable) |
| 37 | Last Patch Implementation Date (Database) | The date of last patch being implemented on the database hosted by the IT asset (if applicable) |
| 38 | Vendor (Name/ID) (If Applicable) | The vendor name or ID that is providing the IT asset (if applicable) |
| 39 | EOL Date | The End-of-Life of IT asset |
| 40 | EOS Date | The End-of-Support of IT asset |
| 41 | IT Hardening (Yes/No) | The confirmation on IT hardening being used either "Yes" or "No" |
| 42 | Monitoring Tool | The monitoring tool of IT asset |
| 43 | Syslog / SIEM | The confirmation on IT asset whether it's utilizing either "Syslog" or "SIEM" |
| 44 | Registered Date | The date of registeration of IT asset in the IT asset inventory |
| 45 | Registered By | The name of person who registered the IT asset inside IT asset inventory |
| 46 | Disposal Date | The data of IT asset disposal |
